What’s the commitment?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. But I recommend planning for at least 3 months. Most businesses need that time to see meaningful results. If it’s not working after month 1 or 2, we can part ways, no hard feelings.
What if we need more than 40 hours some months?
No problem. We can handle overflow at £75/hour, or roll extra work into the next month’s priorities. For bigger projects (like website rebuilds), we move to the £4,000/month project partnership temporarily.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes, though most of my clients are UK & Europe based. I’m originally from the UK but based in Bangkok (GMT+7), and I keep flexible hours for client calls.
How do you use AI in your work?
I use AI for content creation, copywriting, SEO research, image generation, and automation. It makes me faster and more capable, but I’m still doing the strategy and quality control
What if it’s not working out?
Either of us can end the partnership with 30 days notice. No hard feelings, no long-term contracts.
Are you solo or do you have a team?
I work solo for all strategy and core implementation. When projects need specialised skills (like advanced illustration), I bring in trusted freelancers I’ve worked with for years. But you work directly with me.
How many clients do you work with at once?
I work deeply with 2-3 businesses at a time, maximum. I genuinely can’t deliver quality work to more clients while maintaining weekly calls, hands-on delivery, and fast turnaround.
If I’m at capacity when you reach out, I’ll let you know my expected availability. You can decide if you want to check back or explore other options.
What kind of technical work can you handle?
I build and manage websites using platforms like WordPress, Ghost CMS, and Beehiiv. I handle hosting setup, domain management, Cloudflare CDN, and site maintenance. I can also do frontend work (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) and integrations.
I don’t do custom SaaS development or complex backend engineering. If your project needs that, I can recommend developers I trust.
