I’m a former designer/frontend developer who’s spent the last 10 years building and scaling online businesses.
I started as a visual engineer at a UK tech startup, but in 2016 I left to work remotely and build my own businesses online. That decision changed everything.
Building an eCommerce Business
I tried everything: Amazon, eBay, affiliate marketing, Kindle publishing. Eventually, I found my footing with Amazon Merch, where I built a business that sold over 100,000 products globally.
I had a great team, multiple sales channels, and things were working. Then COVID hit and shut down Amazon’s facilities. The business stopped overnight.
The Pivot
Rather than fold, I pivoted. I opened an agency to keep the team working and bring in revenue. We did branding, websites, social media, strategy. Whatever businesses needed.
I learned how to deliver client work quickly, how to manage expectations, and most importantly, how to actually implement rather than just advise.
Why I Went Solo
But the agency model wasn’t for me. I didn’t want to manage a team or chase constant new clients.
I wanted to work deeply with a few businesses, embed with their teams, and actually move things forward.
So I made a deliberate choice: go solo.
How I Work Now
I work as a digital marketing consultant, but I don’t just advise. I do the work with you.
I use AI for content, design, research, and automation, making me faster than traditional consultants. Your team learns as we work together, building capability instead of dependency.
My focus is clear: partnering with 2-3 businesses who need hands-on digital marketing support that actually gets work done.
